VIRTUAL BRANCH® First Time User Instructions

1. Log in to www.laredofcu.org
2. Click on Online Banking at the top of any page
3. Click Enroll
4. Enter your User ID (acct #)
5. Enter your Security Code (the last four digits of your Social Security number)
6. Read and click I Agree

*** After entering the security code on your first log in, VIRTUAL BRANCH® will prompt you to reset it.  After you reset it, click OK.  Afterwards, log into “select Passphrase” under the Personal Option section to select the phrases VIRTUAL BRANCH® will question when you forget your Security Code.  The security code must be (8) alpha numeric digits. ***
